zkMarkets ("zkMarkets," "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the information we collect, use, and share in connection with the zkmarkets and zkmarkets Pro websites, mobile apps, and other services we provide to you (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Types of Information We Collect. We collect information about our users, which may be identifiable, pseudonymous, or anonymous (including aggregated and de-identified data), as described below.

Information You Provide Us.

Account Information: When you use our Service, you can add information to your account, such as your email address, username, linked social media accounts, favorited items, watchlisted collections, and other details you provide. Your account information (excluding your email address) will be publicly visible. Remember, public content may remain accessible elsewhere on the internet even after you remove it from zkmarkets.

Preferences: Our Service allows you to store preferences like content display settings, notification settings, and favorites. These choices may be associated with your account, browser, or mobile device.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or contact us, we may collect your name, contact information (e.g., email address), and any other content included in or associated with your message.

Other Information: We collect additional information at other points in our Service where you voluntarily provide it or when we notify you of such collection. Additionally, in web3 environments, your blockchain wallet address functions as your identity on zkmarkets. You will need a blockchain wallet address and a third-party wallet to access certain features. While a wallet address alone does not identify you, it may become associated with you or your data when you use our Service.

Information Collected Automatically.

Interactions with Our Service: We collect information (typically anonymous data) when you interact with our Service, including browser type, operating system, IP address and geolocation, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet type, clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and timestamps. This data may be stored in log files and used to analyze trends, enforce our Terms of Service, and improve the Service.

Cookies or Other Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information. Session cookies expire when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain until deleted. These help us analyze user interactions, improve the Service, and personalize your experience. We also use Pixel Tags (clear GIFs, Web beacons, or Web bugs) to analyze how users find and use our Service, tailoring the experience to your interests and needs.

Do Not Track: As there is no standard understanding of "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them. However, you may withdraw your consent for certain tracking technologies such as cookies and Pixel Tags through your browser settings.

We use third-party services (e.g., Google, Amplitude) to collect and analyze information. These services use their own cookies, Pixel Tags, and technologies to collect data on our behalf. Their usage is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Information Collected from Third-Party Companies.
